You're in control of costs
Take advantage of our no-obligation advice about your ideas, needs and budget. If appropriate we can advise you on planning permission and/or link you up with trusted architects. We’ll give you a written estimate, free of charge, and as many revisions as you need. Only once you’ve signed off the estimate will we begin work. Should you change your mind about any aspects of the project along the way, you’ll receive an updated estimate in writing for your approval.
If cash flow is an issue, feel free to ask us about how to complete your project in stages: we can usually find a way. You’ll only receive our invoice at the end of each project (or stage), when you’re completely happy with our work.
